The order forms for all the services provided by the AgCenter Biotechnology Laboratory (ABL) are listed below.
For any service requested, a Contact and Billing form must be completed. It must have an authorized signature along with either an account number if you are in the LSU system or a purchase order number if you are not. For some LSU system campuses, a purchase order may be required but you will still get the LSU system rate.
If there is a service you need that is not listed on any of the forms, please contact Ted Gauthier and we will discuss adding the service.
